This tool, which uses a camera with multiple imaging and reflection angles, scans the surface of the vehicle to determine the paint colour recipe.
With the help of PPG Digimatch, we can therefore analyse the colour more quickly and efficiently directly on the vehicle at the same time as the tool registers texture information and obtains the correct recipe match. PPG Digimatch’s precision results in fewer physical colour samples before the detail can be painted. This means that we are not only saving time, but also materials. Together with colour mixing machine Moonwalk, we get a more sustainable work process.
